Fight-week process

How a card becomes an official pick

Blueprint confirms the card, reviews every matchup with the same process, runs final checks, and publishes before picks close. After that, the official pick cannot be quietly changed.

01Confirm card
02Review matchups
03Publish picks
04Grade results
  1. After the previous card01

    Confirm the card

    T−72 hours backstop

Once the previous card is settled and reviewed, Blueprint can check the next confirmed event. Its start time, fighter identities, bout order, rounds, and main event must be complete.

  2. Card ready02

    Review each matchup

    Same process for every fight

Blueprint saves the current card and sources. Two Luna advocates examine both fighters, then Sol adjudicates their cases. Missing evidence and source disagreements remain explicit.

  3. Before picks close03

    Check and publish

    Each ready fight

Automated checks verify names, sources, and percentages. A fight publishes only when it passes; the official pick, free win chance, and available breakdown stay tied together.

  4. Picks close04

    Freeze and grade

    No quiet edits

Official picks stop changing. Cancelled fights are marked void, completed fights are graded publicly, and Betting Desk activity stays on its own separate record.

Readiness is checked every five minutes, with a 72-hour backstop for the next event. Verified lineup changes can be processed automatically before picks close; unchanged picks retain their original versions. Betting odds alone never rewrite an official pick.

QUICK ANSWERS

Frequently asked

FAQ
WHEN DO OFFICIAL PICKS APPEAR?

Blueprint starts preparing the card during fight week. The schedule shows “pick being prepared” until a fight’s official winner and win chance are actually published. It never treats an unfinished pick as live.

WHAT CAN I SEE FOR FREE?

Every published official fight shows Blueprint’s winner, win chance, and publication time for free. The fight page previews the locked method, round, paths to victory, reasoning, and evidence.

CAN I ANALYZE A FIGHT THAT IS NOT SCHEDULED?

Yes. Build a Custom Matchup Report for a current, future, or hypothetical fight between supported fighters. Custom reports stay separate from the official weekly Track Record.

HOW DO I CHECK PAST RESULTS?

Track Record shows every settled official pick, including wins and misses, overall accuracy, and how well the published win chances matched real outcomes. Lower win-chance error is better.
